About Us

Our early learning center purpose built locally owned young children education and enrichment program centre, located in Mount Waverley. We provide high-quality provision of sessional education to families across the north-east Melbourne. We are now seeking inspirational, motivated, and passionate educators to join our amazing team. Our service mainly focuses on 3-8 years old children early years education by using our special innovative approach that capitalises on a child’s exceptional learning potential during the sensitive period. We offer comprehensive short sessional classes to young learners, including music, drawing, literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking. So you will meet different families and children for different sessions.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Early Childhood Learning: Bring your wealth of knowledge in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Australian Curriculum to create enriching learning experiences for our little learners. You will be involved in preparation, implementation, and evaluation of appropriate programs for individual children or groups.
  • Positive Guidance and Inclusion Advocates: Be a guiding light for positive behaviour and inclusion. Your commitment to creating a nurturing, respectful and inclusive space is crucial for the growth of our children.
  • Team Commitment: You will play a crucial role in the development of the children, happy collaborating with both parents and colleagues to ensure the very best outcomes for each child.
  • Qualified Education Background: We desire Diploma of Education or above. We think it would also be good if you have sufficient experience with children, but with a different education background. However, Working with Children Check is essential.
  • Working hours and shifts: We need someone who can work on flexible shifts.
